Stuart’s responsibilities included complicated debt/equity partnerships, site assemblage and selection, acquisitions, alternative financing solutions, and new business development. Stuart's tenure with Triple Five saw him successfully execute real estate transactions exceeding $3 billion, underscoring his substantial contributions.
Prior to his involvement with the Ghermezian family office, Stuart held notable positions at Bank of New York and Ernst & Young, further honing his versatile skill set and industry expertise.
